Culture / Sports

A local musical troupe invited a musician from Neuburg, Newcastle in Germany in 2023. They held several concerts together during his stay. Young students in Shinshiro also joined their concert to play the music.

Playing the music as one troupe or playing sports together at either of our cities must be a great experience for our citizens. Please contact if you are interested, and we can search for groups in Shinshiro that match your needs.

Business

Shinshiro has several vibrant industries such as agriculture, forestry, and manufacturing. If you would like to work on the business exchange project, we will connect a company which is also interested in.

Online

We are looking for cities, organizations, or individuals that are interested in connecting with us online.
Let us show you some examples of what we did in the past few years: young students exchanged video messages with ones in several Newcastles (Nyborg, Neuburg, Nove Zamky) and our youth councilors had online meetings with the members of youth councils in Newcastles of the world.
The Federation of Senior Citizens of Shinshiro also exchanged the views with the Elder Councils of various cities of NTW.
Online English lessons were also great opportunities for Shinshiro’s students to be exposed to a foreign language and culture. They learned about food, annual events such as Christmas, and of course, NTW.
